We are seeking a motivated Associate Veterinarian to join an AAHA-accredited, Fear Free Certified small animal practice located in Shavano Park, San Antonio, Texas.

This well-established five doctor hospital has proudly served the community for many years and is known for its exceptional standards of care, loyal client base, and supportive team culture.

Hospital hours

• Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling with options to start or finish earlier or later
• 4 x 10 hour shifts generally requested for full time
• Saturdays on rotational basis only

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $135,000 - $175,000, based on experience
• 20% production compensation with no negative accrual
• Relocation or signing bonus available
• 3 weeks of PTO plus 1 additional week dedicated to CE

About You

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Eligible for Texas veterinary licensure
• Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry, or motivated to develop skills with mentorship
