A well-established small animal hospital in Friendswood, TX (Southeast Houston) is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to join and guide our dedicated, high-performing veterinary team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide medical leadership and mentorship to veterinarians and support staff
• Guide the hospital's clinical standards, protocols, and patient care practices
• Partner with hospital leadership to enhance operations and drive growth
• Foster a positive team culture grounded in communication, collaboration, and continuous learning

Anticipated Schedule:

Flexible scheduling options available

in line with hospital times:

MondayFriday, 7:30 AM6:00 PM
Rotating
Saturdays from 7:00 AM12:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary up to $150,000 plus production with no negative accrualever

About You:

• DVM or VMD degree with eligibility to practice in Texas
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience preferred
