• $160,000-$190,000 base salary + performance-based incentives

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain hands-on clinical practice while leading the team

Who You Are:

• DVM/VMD from an accredited institution with current state licensure
• Experienced veterinarian with leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communicator with a passion for high-quality, compassionate care
• Motivated to make an impact on both patient outcomes and team growth
