This is a Lead DVM role within a respected, community-focused hospital with a strong reputation for compassionate care, high clinical standards, and long-standing client relationships. You'll work alongside an established, highly regarded 3-doctor veterinary team in a modern, fully equipped facility offering comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental services.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for small animal patients
Serve as Lead DVM, guiding clinical standards and supporting medical decision-making
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and patients
Collaborate closely with a skilled 3-doctor veterinary team and experienced support staff
Contribute to a positive, high-performing hospital culture focused on excellent patient care
Participate in ongoing clinical development and continuous improvement of hospital protocols
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $140,000$170,000 depending on experience
$50,000 signing bonus
20% ProSal production bonus with no negative accrual
3 weeks paid time off plus public holidays

Schedule
Balanced full-time schedule with no Sunday hours
MondayFriday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
(Maximum of 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 Saturdays required)
Full-time benefits available for veterinarians working 30+ hours per week
