The Role
This position combines clinical practice with hospital leadership responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care.
Diagnose and manage a wide variety of medical conditions, including complex cases.
Mentor and support associate veterinarians.
Lead regular hospital rounds, case discussions, and team training sessions.
Collaborate with client service, technician, and veterinary assistant teams.
Help maintain high standards of patient care, communication, and operational efficiency.
Foster a positive and engaged hospital culture.

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Eligibility for veterinary licensure in New Hampshire.
Minimum of seven years of clinical veterinary experience.
DEA license and USDA accreditation preferred but not required.
