We're partnering with a high-performing veterinary practice in the heart of Orlando to find an Associate Veterinarian to join a growing, dynamic team. Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year + bonus incentives

In this role, you'll work in a modern, well-equipped facility where pets receive exceptional care and clients feel like family. You'll have the support of a dedicated, collaborative team that values work-life balance and fosters a positive, encouraging environment.

There are no on-call hours and no overnight shifts, allowing you to enjoy your time outside of work. With a mix of wellness, soft tissue, and optional surgical cases, you'll have the chance to expand your skills with a variety of interesting cases. Plus, we have excellent referral partners and visiting specialists when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and treat companion animals to diagnose and address health concerns
• Operate diagnostic equipment, collect samples, and interpret diagnostic results
• Advise pet owners on preventative care and treatment options
• Perform surgery and prescribe medications as needed
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care and counsel for pet owners
• Maintain thorough and accurate medical records
• Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, policies, and procedures

Compensation & Benefits
