We are working with a highly respected, privately owned small animal hospital in Plano, TX, seeking an experienced Veterinarian (minimum 2 years' experience) to join their growing team.

Salary: $150,000$220,000+ | 21% ProSal | Equity Available | No On-Call

The Role

• Provide high-quality care in small animal medicine
• Perform routine soft tissue surgery and consultations
• Work with an established and busy caseload from day one
• Flexibility to focus more on surgery or consultations based on your interests

Schedule

• 4 days per week (Monday to Friday)
• Shift options: 8:00am5:00pm or 9:00am6:00pm
• Alternate Saturday shifts (8:00am1:00pm or 12:00pm5:00pm)
• No Sundays
• No on-call or out-of-hours work

• Digital radiography and digital records
• Ultrasound and therapeutic laser
• Dedicated surgical suites

Support & Development

• Structured mentorship for the first 2 years
• Ongoing clinical and professional development
• Team with over 100 years of combined experience
• Approximately 10 support staff per veterinarian

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: $150,000$200,000 (depending on experience)
• 21% production bonus (realistic earnings $200,000$250,000+)

Requirements

• DVM or VMD degree
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Texas
