Veterinarian

We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, multi-doctor small animal hospital in Houston, TX.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive team within a respected AAHA-accredited practice that offers a dynamic mix of general practice and urgent care medicine.   • Established 3-doctor veterinary team with strong medical leadership

  • Balanced caseload including both general practice and urgent care cases
  • Modern diagnostic and treatment capabilities, including:
  • Ultrasound
  • Digital radiography
  • Digital dental radiography
  • Highly experienced, long-tenured support staff
  • Collaborative, team-focused culture with strong communication and support

Hospital Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Saturday rota: 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 weekends only
  • Sunday: Closed

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 (DOE)
  • $40,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • 20% Production Bonus
  • No negative accrual

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements
  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
  • Eligible for Texas veterinary licensure
  • Strong interest in small animal medicine and surgery
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • All Experience Levels Welcome
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
  • Experienced veterinarians also strongly considered
