Associate Veterinarian opportunity in New Milford, CT with compensation up to $175,000. Includes up to a $25k sign-on bonus.

The practice maintains a balanced schedule featuring two longer weekday shifts and Saturdays, providing ample days off for personal time and work-life balance. A varied caseload spans wellness, illness, and surgery, with an average of 12+ appointments per day. Clinicians enjoy medical autonomy and mentorship in a positive, growth-minded environment. Facilities include digital X-ray, in-house laboratory, a dental suite, and a surgical suite.

The Role
- Small animal general practice with a balanced mix of wellness, sick visits, and surgery
- Average of 12+ appointments per day with efficient, team-supported workflow
- Perform routine soft tissue surgery and dentistry; interpret digital radiographs and in-house lab results
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and education
- Participate in a schedule that includes two longer weekday shifts and Saturdays, with dedicated days off
- Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Connecticut (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States

- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate medicine and surgery
