The Role
This part-time small-animal position centers on high-quality preventive care and general practice.
- Perform comprehensive exams, develop diagnostics and treatment plans, and maintain accurate medical records
- Conduct routine soft-tissue surgeries and dentistry, including dental radiography
- Utilize digital imaging and in-house lab testing for timely case management
- Communicate proactively with clients and build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with technicians, assistants, and practice leadership; mentor team members as needed
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and efficient clinical environment
- Follow best practices in anesthesia, analgesia, and patient safety
- Participate in a daytime schedule with shared weekend rotation

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent)
- License to practice veterinary medicine in California, or eligibility to obtain
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility)
- Proficiency with routine surgery, dentistry, digital imaging, and in-house diagnostics
- Strong commitment to preventive care, client communication, and collaborative teamwork
- New graduates and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply
