The Hospital

- Broad services including wellness, vaccinations, dental care, surgery, urgent care, and emergency procedures
- On-site capabilities: in-house laboratory, diagnostic imaging, dental and surgical suites, ultrasound, and laser therapy

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) client base and a mission-driven approach to serving an underserved community
- Strong reputation with positive client feedback and a growing caseload
- Supportive scheduling with some extended weekday hours and weekend coverage; Sundays closed

The Role
- Provide high-quality general practice care for dogs, cats, and a variety of exotics
- Perform wellness and sick exams, develop diagnostic and treatment plans, and manage medical cases
- Deliver dentistry and soft tissue surgery, supported by on-site imaging and in-house lab
- Triage and manage urgent care and emergency cases within the hospital’s capabilities
- Collaborate closely with skilled technicians and client service teams for efficient, compassionate care
- Educate clients and build lasting relationships; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Contribute to a rotating schedule that may include some evenings and a weekend day; Sundays off

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited program
- License to practice (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Nevada
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
- Comfort with or interest in treating exotic species is welcomed
