The Role
- Provide comprehensive small-animal general practice care, including wellness and preventive medicine, dentistry, diagnostics, urgent care, and soft-tissue surgery
- Manage cases with medical autonomy while collaborating closely with skilled technicians and client service teammates
- Communicate clearly with clients to support education, compliance, and long-term relationships
- Utilize on-site diagnostic and surgical capabilities to deliver efficient, high-quality care
- Optional involvement with limited equine and bovine cases based on interest and experience
- Participate in a balanced schedule focused on weekdays with limited Saturday coverage

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Illinois (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a client-centered approach
